- What we collect. Details you submit in forms (name, phone, city, treatment interest, preferred time, messages); communication records on call/WhatsApp/email; technical data via cookies and analytics (pages visited, device, approximate location).
- Why we collect it. To respond to your enquiry, book consultations, coordinate care with partner hospitals and surgeons, process insurance/EMI where you ask us to, improve the website, and — only with your consent — send relevant updates.
- Health data. Information about your eye condition is handled confidentially, shared only with the treating medical team and (for cashless claims) your insurer/TPA at your request.
- Sharing. We share data only with: the surgeon/partner facility involved in your care, service providers (analytics, hosting, communication tools) bound by confidentiality, and authorities where law requires. We never sell your data.
- Cookies & analytics. We use Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics to understand site usage; you can control cookies in your browser.
- Retention & security. Data is kept as long as needed for care coordination and legal obligations, with reasonable technical and organisational safeguards per the DPDP Act, 2023 and IT Act, 2000.
- Your rights. Access, correction, deletion and consent-withdrawal requests: relivecure@gmail.com. We respond within 30 days.
